APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The following terms and conditions (the “Conditions”) shall govern all orders placed

through the VAZY webshop. By ordering products on the VAZY webshop, you agree to be

bound by and accept these Conditions.

VAZY reserves the right to change these Conditions without prior notice at any time, at

VAZY’s sole discretion.

Payment for products ordered from VAZY is to be made by

VAZY reserves the right to accept other forms of payment in individual cases as well as to

exclude forms of payment in individual cases. As soon as the payment is received, VAZY

processes the order. The customer will be charged the purchase price when the order is

accepted. All the prices are VAT included. The costs for payment and shipment are not

included in those prices.

 

The transfer of data may take several minutes and must not be interrupted by the

customer, e.g. by means of updating the browser page. Otherwise, this may lead to the

credit card being charged twice. VAZY will issue refunds in justified cases within a

maximum of 14 days of the reporting of any duplicate transactions to VAZY by the

customer.

 

TERMS OF SALE

 

Before payment of your order is requested on the VAZY webshop, you will be prompted to

confirm to agree to these full Conditions.

Purchases through the VAZY webshop are only concluded once a confirmation message

appears on your screen and VAZY has received full payment of your order.

You acknowledge and agree to pay for all charges for shipping, payment and handling, as

well as VAT and all other applicable taxes, associated with your order. These charges will

be automatically calculated for you, clearly displayed when placing your order and debited

from your credit/debit card together with the total cost of the product.

 

SHIPPING

 

Shipment costs will depend on the destination of your order. These costs are clearly

displayed when placing your order through the VAZY webshop.

The goods will be shipped within 5 business days. Shipping time depends on the destination. More information will be sent after the purchase.
